More than 800 employees and their families came together at the Roha site to celebrate a double anniversary: the 200th anniversary of the Semperit Group and the 24th anniversary of the Sempertrans site in Roha.
The day began with the traditional Ganesh Puja ceremony, which served as a symbol of continuous growth. A colorful program of creative competitions and family activities followed. Awards were presented for outstanding achievements, including the “Absenteeism Award” for exceptional reliability, the “Kaizen Award” for innovative ideas, and the “Best Department Award” for outstanding teamwork.
In his speech, Managing Director Rutesh Joshi emphasized the importance of teamwork, innovation and family support: “The contribution of each individual is crucial to our collective success. We have a strong foundation and a clear vision. Together, we continue to deliver excellence and shape the future of Sempertrans in India with passion and commitment.”
